USA HOUSES LLC details its housing network and invites industry organizations to take part

USA HOUSES LLC owns and operates a connected group of housing websites for people who buy, sell, build, rent and invest in U.S. real estate, and for the professionals who serve them. The company reports operating more than 40 live websites, with additional properties in development; this is a company-reported figure and not an audited count. This is the first article on HousingNews.us, the network's news site.

Property discovery and new construction. USAHouses.com is the flagship site, covering new-home search by state, builders and master-planned communities, land, luxury homes, rentals, international buyers, cash-offer and house-trade pages, and housing resources. NewUSAHouses.com focuses on new construction, with new-home communities browsable by state, builder search, quick move-in homes, manufactured-home communities and a nationwide map search. As of the October 8, 2026 handoff, the company reported more than 17,000 new-home communities (17,011) across all 50 states and hundreds of builders (more than 280). These are provisional historical figures and not independently verified current totals; NewUSAHouses.com's public sitemap listed 17,008 community pages on October 9, 2026.

Builder information, market data and home values. USAHouseBuilders.com provides builder information and USAHouseValues.com offers home-value tools for owners and sellers. USAHousingData.com is the network's housing-data property.

Listing opportunities. MyUSAHouses.com is the network's branded account for customers, including those who list properties or advertise. HouseTrades.com is a trade and listing site. Other network properties include iSellForFree.com. Property submissions are reviewed by a person before publication.

Housing news, lending and services. HousingNews.us reports on U.S. housing and carries submitted news that has been reviewed. The network also offers financing resources and sites for home services and real-estate professionals. USAHousesNetwork.com is the directory and portfolio gateway, with pages for consumers, professionals and partners.

Reach. In Cloudflare's dashboard on October 8, 2026, for the 30-day period shown, USAHouses.com and NewUSAHouses.com together recorded 758,030 domain-level unique-visitor counts and approximately 7.15 million HTTP requests. The first number is the sum of two separate domain-level counts: a person who visited both sites is counted in each, so it is not a count of unique people. Requests include automated traffic such as search-engine crawlers and are not human visits. These Cloudflare figures are edge measurements and are not Google Analytics results.

An invitation to industry participants. Brokerages, builders, developers, MLS organizations, REALTOR associations, lenders, government housing entities and other industry participants are invited to take part as the network continues to grow, whether by sharing news, supplying information for review, listing communities or services, advertising, or discussing a partnership.
