Submissions
Submit a press release for review.
Releases are labeled as submitted by the organization, kept separate from Housing News reporting, and moderated before publication.
How a press release is handled
1. Submit
Give the organization, a named contact, the release date and a link to the official release.
2. Automatic checks
We check required fields, the source link, the date, spam signals and duplicates. Nothing is published at this step.
3. Human review
A person verifies the organization and the release before it can be considered.
4. Labeled publication
Approved releases are labeled as submitted by the organization, with the original link and date.
Include: the organization submitting, a named contact with email or phone we can verify, the date of the news, and a link to the primary source or official page. Everything is reviewed by a person; nothing is published automatically, and duplicates and spam are filtered before review.
Paid or promotional placement is a separate, labeled sponsored product, not a press release submission.
Press release questions
Does submitting guarantee publication?
No. Every release is reviewed and may be declined or edited for length and labeling.
Who can submit?
Brokerages, builders, government housing entities, MLSs, REALTOR associations, lenders and verified publishers.
Can I pay to be featured?
Sponsored placement exists separately, is always labeled, and is never presented as reporting.
Submit a press release
Paste or link the release, name the organization and a verifiable contact, and give the release date.
